8 Steps
TO THE ULTIMATE SHABU EXPERIENCE!

BUFFET SIDES
Now, head out to our vast buffet to gather your side items, including various vegetables and fish cakes, but remember to hold off on the rice and noodles until the very end.
1
FIRST BASE
Select a base broth. Many of our broths are milder and more neutral in taste to prevent the broth from overwhelming the natural flavors of the items you add to it. And more importantly, this allows the broth to develop its full flavor profile over the course of your meal as you cook more items.
5
NOW YOU'RE COOKIN'
Turn up the heat and let your broth come to a boil. Add your ingredients one at a time or several items at once. There’s no right way to do it. Just your way.
7
SOAK IT ALL UP
Now that your broth flavor is fully maximized, add in your noodles or rice and allow them to soak up all that tastiness as it cooks to the texture of your liking.
2
ENTREES
Order meat, seafood, and dumpling entrees to optimize your shabu-shabu dining experience and add deep richness to your broth.
4
IT'S ALL IN THE SAUCE
Create your favorite dipping sauce at the sauce bar. Not sure what to add to your sauce? Try our pre-mixed signature house sauces. You can also add sauce bar ingredients to your broth for an extra kick of flavor.
6
IT'S A MATTER OF TIME
Cooking times vary greatly depending on the ingredient. Certain seafood, vegetables, and noodle items may take several minutes to cook, while thinly sliced meats take only seconds to cook.
8
THE COOL DOWN
After a hot, steamy meal, grab a cone and enjoy soothing DIY soft-serve ice cream in either vanilla or green tea matcha flavor.
